In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace controls phase 2 at Keesler AFB, MS as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings. This acquisition will be conducted as a 100% Total Small Business set aside, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Interested small business sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210. The size standard is $19 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is N061. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable) will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 11 July 2024 with a tentative closing date of 12 August 2024. The contract performance period will be 280 days after award.
