In accordance with the information listed on the solicitation, the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date of the solicitation. 81 CONS may choose to re-solicit the subject requirement at a later date if it determined to be in the best interest of the Government. This requirement is being competed as a Request for Proposal unrestricted/full and open competition. Enter price in Section B. All Amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 8 May 2024 at 2:00 PM CST, in order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. This contract will be funded by Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) and will adhere to NAF guidance, regulations, and clauses. FAR, DFARS, and DAFFARS regulations and clauses are not applicable. The period of performance is 180 days. The contractor shall perform all work as specified in the statement of work, specifications, and drawings for the project. Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
