This acquisition is being issued as a 100% total small business set-aside. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Friday, 4 August at 09:00 a.m. CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid drivers license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Participants will meet in the Contracting Office, Building 4605, in Conference Room 1 on 4 August 2023 at 09:00 a.m. CDT. A sign-in sheet will be available followed by a short introduction and briefing before travelling to the project site by bus. Specific instructions are identified in Attachment 10 - Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR). Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
