This requirement is being competed as a Request for Proposal unrestricted/full and open competition. Enter price in Section B. All Amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 8 February 2024 at 1:00 PM CDT, in order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's licesne/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. This contract will be funded by Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) and will adhere to NAF guidance, regulations and clauses. FAR, DFARS, and DAFFARS regulations and clauses are not applicable. The period of perfomance is 180 days. The contractor shall perform all work as specified in the statement of work, specifications, and drawings for the project.
