THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources that are capable to provide Packing, Containerization, and Local Drayage of Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Personal Property Shipments for Keesler Air Force Base, MS. RESPONSE INFORMATION: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be received no later than 10:00 AM CST, on Monday, April 17, 2023. Responses should be emailed to: phillip.mott@us.af.mil AND andrea.howard.7@us.af.mil. It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure their email has been received by either the Contract Specialist, Phillip Mott, at 228-377-0465 or Contracting Officer, Andrea Howard, at 228-377-1829 or via email PRIOR to the deadline. Responses and/or inquiries WILL NOT be accepted past the deadline. Interested parties should complete the attached Market Research Questionnaire, and include their company name, address, phone number, point of contact, CAGE code, Unique Entity Identity (UEI) number, company small business size status, and whether they are a U.S. or foreign-owned firm. All interested parties must provide a response containing a written statement, confirming they can comply with the government needs, as specified. All respondents to this Sources Sought/Request for Information notice understand, by submitting this written statement, they are certifying they can meet ALL criteria listed in the attached PWS.
