Keesler Air Force Base (AFB), Lodging Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Solicitation FA301023Q0010 Keesler AFB would like to establish BPA(s) for lodging to be effective from the date of award plus 5 years. The proposed BPA will be a pre-priced, decentralized instrument to be used by the 403rd Training Wing. Multiple awards will be made for this BPA upon evaluating SOW compliance (lodging inspection) and pricing evaluations. The BPA is a charge Account type instrument, which will permit selected activities to place orders directly with your firm or representative using your agency’s established price list. The agreement will establish procedures for the fulfillment of our anticipated repetitive purchase of supplies/services from your firm. Proposed lodging shall be located no more than 20 miles from Keesler AFB. Please note that your firm must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award under this solicitation. Fill out and include the required representation and certifications that are included in the solicitation beginning on Page 23 (see clause 52.204-8). Please return the signed solicitation, representation and certifications, and Price List (attachment 4) to the Contracting office on or before 3 April 2023.
