Request For Proposal (RFP): Airfield Management Services for Keesler AFB The 81st Contracting Squadron is issuing a solicitation (competitive acquisition) for Airfield Management Services on a non-personal services basis at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is expected to be 1 Oct 2022 – 30 Sep 2023, plus three one-year option periods, not to exceed 54 months. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 488119 (Other Airport Operations) and the size standard is $35.0M. The relevant solicitation documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are attached. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from SAM.gov, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. Once the solicitation is posted, it is up to the interested party to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents; as well as verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for proposals. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization. The closing date and time for submission of offers are indicated within the solicitation package. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/.
