(c) has the Visitor Center located at Division Street Gate. The Visitor Center is still currently located at White Avenue Gate and the hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. There are no other changes to the site visit time or location. Directions from White Avenue Gate: take a right at the first traffic light onto L St, a right at the end of L St onto 5th St, then take the next right onto M St and you will see the Contracting Office on your left. Please note: White Avenue Gate is open Monday - Friday between the hours 5:30 am - 8:30 am. Base access after 8:30 am will require the use of either Meadows or Pass Road gates. ************************************************************************************ The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a HUBZone Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Wednesday, 8 June 2022 at 10:00 a.m. CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) change based on available data. Personnel should anticipate mask wear covering the mouth and nose at all times while on Keesler AFB. All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
