This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.GOV. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA301022QC019. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 and DFARS Change Notice 2022-03-18. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 484210 and the Small Business Standard is $30 million. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside solicitation. Keesler Air Force Base requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: Disassembly, relocation and reassembly of office furniture, equipment and supplies for multiple office buildings on Keesler AFB. See attached Combo Request for Quotation (RFQ) sheet for details. • Place of Performance: Keesler AFB, MS. • Period of Performance: 6 June 2022 - 9 June 2022. A Site Visit is scheduled for 12 May 2022 at 9:00 AM CDT. No attending the SIte Visit will not disqualify vendors from responding the the RFQ. See Attachments for more information and instructions. Amendment 1 This solicitation has been extended, all quotes are now due Wednesday, 25 May 2022 by 2:00 PM CDT. Please note the Period of Performance has changed to 13 June 2022 - 17 June 2022. The amended solicitation (Combo) has been attached. Amendment 2 The PWS has been amended to reflect the new Period of Performance stated in Amendment 1 (Attachment 1).
