Answers will be posted on or around 20 August 2021. *********************************************************************************************** The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Tuesday, 17 August 2021 at 1430 CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Due to current Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) all members are required to wear a mask indoors and wear a mask outdoors if unable to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
