Original: 16 July 2021 The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% HUBZone set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Thursday, 22 July 2021 at 9:00 a.m. CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Due to current Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear a mask indoors or outdoors; however, individuals who are not fully vaccinated are still required to continue mask wear, covering the mouth and nose. All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. *** Award shall be made on an all or some basis with the Base CLIN and some or all of the Option CLINS awarded based on the amount of available funding. Option CLINS not funded at the time of award may be funded and exercised at any point up to, and including, the final day covered by the Bid Guarantee. Period of Performance will be no less than 60 days and no more than 120 days dependent on the number of CLINS funded at time of award.
