Please ensure a signed copy of the amendment is included with any proposal submission. 12 July 2021 Update: Site Visit Sign-In has been uploaded. Questions regarding this opportunity shall be submitted by 3:00 pm CST on Wednesday 14 July 2021. Reminder, DFARS Provision 252.204-7019 and Clause 252.204-7020 are included in this solicitation. Original Posting: The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Monday, 12 July 2021 at 8:30 a.m. CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Due to current Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear a mask indoors or outdoors; however, individuals who are not fully vaccinated are still required to continue mask wear, covering the mouth and nose. All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times. It is recommended that all site visit individuals bring a mask with to the site visit as some buildings may still require mask wear regardless of vaccination status.
