Synopsis: Radiation Therapy Services Solicitation # FA301021R0010 Class Code: Q527 NAICS Code: 621512 Description: Radiation Therapy Services – limited to eligible 8(a) concerns Keesler AFB intends to issue a solicitation for the Personal services of one (1) Senior Certified Medical Dosimetrist; one (1) Medical Dosimetrist; one (1) Lead Radiation Therapist; two (2) Radiation Therapist; and one (1) Certified Medical Physicist. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation and all else necessary to provide the service. The place of performance is the 81st Medical Group, Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base, Base, Mississippi. The period of performance will consist of a base year (20 September 21- 19 September 22) and four (4) one-year options, not to exceed 66 months. This 8(a) competitive acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 621512 and the small business size is $16.5 Million. The requirement is issued as a commercial service using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 15. The government anticipates award of a firm- fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. Contractors eligible for award must be registered in the Beta Sam System prior to award with any DOD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.beta.sam.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications. After award all invoices shall be electronically submitted in Wide Area Work Flow via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). Registration and invoicing may be accomplished at https://piee.eb.mil . The solicitation will be available to download via http://www.beta.sam.gov on or about 22 July 2021.
