The 81st Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source modification to Sophia Genetics, Inc. The modification will be issued on contract FA301019CA008 which was also awarded to Sophia Genetics on a sole source basis. The intent of the modification is to increase the previously awarded quantities to a higher amount than the initial amount advertised due to the increased level of support required due to COVID. This notice of intent is being issued in order to extend the opportunity to any interested sources who believe they are capable of fulfilling this urgent request. Interested parties are instructed to submit a proposal in accordance with the combined synopsis/solicitation (Combo) attached to this notice. The Combo, must be received by the close date of this post due to the urgent nature of this change.
