This acquisition is being issued as a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 3 August 2021 @ 1000 CST. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Due to current Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear a mask indoors or outdoors; however, individuals who are not fully vaccinated are still required to continue mask wear, covering the mouth and nose. All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
