Questions due in writing by COB 04 Aug. _________________________________________________________________________________ Project Title: MAHG17-1061 Replace Sewer Lines Magnolia Dining Facility Replace Sewer lines at Magnolia Dining Facility at Keesler AFB IAW attached Statement of Work, Drawings, and Specifications. The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This acquisition is being issued as a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter prices in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Friday, 31 July 2020 at 9:00 AM CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). All persons attending must wear a face covering/mask. Anyone not wearing a face covering or mask will be turned away and denied entry to the site. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
