Please submit questions to clayton.petrie@us.af.mil and 81CONS.LGCB.Construction@us.af.mil ______________________________________________________________________________________ This requirement is to clean, repaint/repair all Exterior Surfaces for Building 3709 (Larcher Chapel) on Keesler AFB. Maintain Exteriors of Larcher Chapel at Keesler AFB IAW attached Statement of Work, Drawings, and Specifications. The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is being issued as a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter prices in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Friday, 24 July 2020 at 9:00 AM CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). All persons attending must wear a face covering/mask. Anyone not wearing a face covering or mask will be turned away and denied entry to the site.
