The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside. Enter prices in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Thursday, 16 July 2020 at 10:30 AM CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). All persons attending must wear a face covering/mask. Anyone not wearing a face covering or mask will be turned away and denied entry to the building. The Work performed under this Contract shall consist of engineering, furnishing, installing, and testing (EFI&T) fiber optic cable (FOC) from new 12 strand single mode (SM) fiber optic cable (FOC) from Information Transfer Building (ITB) 1101 to End Building (EB) 468; ITB 4705 to EB 4605; ITB 2801 to EB 4106; and ITB 2801 to EB 3501, EB 4225 to EB 3501, and ITB 4705 to EB 3501 to include engineering, furnishing, installing, and testing new hand holes, and conduit systems at Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB) as specified in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). This acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set Aside, utilizing Performance Price Trade-off (PPT) Procedures. Interested Small Business sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210. The size standard is $16.5 Million. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
