Keesler AFB has a requirement for a contractor to repair various asphalt parking areas on base. The Service provider shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supervision and materials specified in the SOW. All work is to be performed in accordance with the SOW and Drawings. This acquisition will be conducted as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) set aside, utilizing Performance Price Trade-off (PPT) Procedures. Interested Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310. The size standard is $36.5 Million. Magnitude of proposed construction is between between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the FedBizOpps Website: http://www.fbo.gov on/or around 8 July 2019 with a tentative closing date of 8 August 2019. The contract performance period will be 120 days from the Notice to Proceed. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
