Keesler AFB has a requirement for a Contractor to provide joint use communications rooms electronic locks. The existing locks need to be replaced with FIPS-201 complaint electronic locks, for each communication closet door and connected to the base's enterprise network. The Service provider shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supervision and materials specified in the SOW. All work is to be performed in accordance with the SOW and Drawings. This acquisition will be conducted as a Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones) set aside, utilizing Performance Price Trade-off (PPT) Procedures. Interested Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones) sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210. The size standard is $15 Million. Magnitude of proposed construction is between between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the FedBizOpps Website: http://www.fbo.gov on/or around 24 June 2019 with a tentative closing date of 24 July 2019. The contract performance period will be 101 days from the Notice to Proceed. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
