The 338 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (338 ESS) is seeking information for the Department of the Air Force, Air Force Security Assistance Training Squadron (AFSAT) to identify sources able to obtain (assuming Government Furnished Information (GFI) CANNOT be provided) F-16 Country Specific Technical Orders for new production/ retrofit V-Model/ upgrades and Block 70/72 aircraft prior to delivery/ ferry of aircraft to partner nations in order to conduct F-16 aircraft maintenance and pilot differences training. This Sources Sought Notice is issued and intended for market research and to meet the requirements of DFARS PGI 206.302-1. Any information provided by industry to the Government is strictly voluntary and to be provided at no cost to the Government. The Government will not reimburse vendors for any preparation/submission costs. This is not a Synopsis or a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The information requested by this Sources Sought will be used by the Air Force multi-functional team to facilitate decision making.
