This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued under the procedures at FAR 12.6. Award shall be made only to contractors who are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website. 2. This requirement is for the 350th Special Warfare Training Squadron (SWTS). The 350th SWTS requires Advanced Military Free Fall training to gain experience and skills with canopy control and free fall operations to better prepare safe and confident operations in Airborne operations. 3. Description of Services: refer to Attachment 1, Statement of Work date 24 Jan 2024. 4. NAICS Code and Small Business Size Standard: The principal nature of the requirements described in this solicitation is consistent with services performed by industries in 611699 – All other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. 5. Product Service Code (PSC): The services in this solicitation are best represented by PSC Code: U099 – Education/Training-Other. 6. This requirement will be a 100% small-business set-aside. 7. Type of Service: The services required are ?Commercial ? Non-commercial 8. The anticipated award will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The award will be made to the vendor who provides the lowest price technically acceptable quote. 9. The anticipated award is for a two-week training period with an anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) of 5 February 2024–16 February 2024. Performance location will be at Contractor owned facilities. 10. Below is the contract line-item numbers (CLIN). CLIN - 0001 Description - Canopy Control Course Quantity - 15 Unit - ea 11. This RFQ is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the contractor for this requirement. The Government reserves the right not to award an order in response to this RFQ. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. 12.
