Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape
The Air Force is re-competing its Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training support services contract, which will be performed at Fairchild AFB, WA and JBSA-Lackland, TX. The contract is a single Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a four-year basic ordering period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030, including a one-month mobilization phase. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will follow FAR Part 15 negotiation procedures. The scope includes instructional support for multiple SERE courses, such as Advanced SERE Skills and Underwater Egress Training, and may extend to any course managed by the USAF SERE School regardless of location.
