The Government intends to award an Air Education and Training Command (AETC)-wide Base Operations Support (BOS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under this solicitation consisting of two Pools: Pool 1 - SB Set-aside and Pool 2 – 8(a) Set-aside. Pool 1 will be open to all SB categories and Pool 2 will be further set aside for requirements previously competed and awarded to 8(a) contractors. Only one contract will be awarded per offeror for the AETC BOS MAC IDIQ program. Awardees will then be provided a fair opportunity to compete for individual task orders, based on the Pool they were awarded a contract, and each task order will include price or cost as one of the factors in the selection decision. TO’s will be placed for BOS services at centralized and decentralized AETC Air Force Base (AFB) locations.
