Combined Synopsis- Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number, FA3002-23-Q-0006 is issued as a request for quote. (iii) This RFQ is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2023-04) as of 02 June 2023. (iv) This will be full and open competition, and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 513210 and the small business size standard is $47M. (v) There will be three contract line items on the resulting order for the purchase of 220 FS Flight Control Licenses. The resulting order will be for a total of three (3) years, including a 1-year base period and two (2) 1-year option periods. CLIN 0001 will be obligated at time of award, and Option CLINs 0002 and 0003 may be exercised in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-9.
