All Draft RFP Responses are to be submitted through PIEE. ************************************************ Original IFT-R is the first step in the United States Air Force Undergraduate Helicopter Training (UHT) process. IFT-R provides for air, ground, and simulation training to prepare students for follow-on specialized rotary wing flight training. The purpose of the IFT-R program is to ensure that all pilot candidates are trained IAW the Government provided syllabuses. The Contractor shall provide all services and equipment necessary to conduct IFT-R.
