This amended RFI/SS is being issued seeking further clarification and capabilities from industry based off initial responses received from our industry partners targeting Small Businesses (Small Business (SB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(A)-Certified Small Disadvantaged Business (8a), Hubzone Small Business (HUBZone), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)). Added or changed verbiage and questions are highlighted in yellow. It is requested that companies respond to all questions, whether original, revised, or new. The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Randolph, Texas (TX), is seeking information concerning the availability of technically and financially capable firms to provide non-personal BOS services to the base populace and assigned units at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, Mississippi and Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, Texas. All interested firms, regardless of their socio-economic program status or size, are invited to respond to this RFI.
