The Air Force Installation Contracting Center, on behalf of AETC/AFSAT, is conducting market research via this RFI to identify commercial sources capable of providing Cessna 208B Caravan EX (Garmin 1000) and Pilatus PC-12 NG (Honeywell Primus Apex) aircraft training and related support services. Anticipated support includes initial, recurrent, mission-specific, and maintenance training for U.S. Government personnel and International Military Students, covering Mission Pilot, MSO, and Loadmaster roles in Airland/Airdrop/ISR/NVG mission sets, plus instructor, simulator, courseware, records, and mobile training team capabilities. Training may be performed at contractor facilities, Government facilities, or other mutually agreed international locations, with CONUS and OCONUS requirements as applicable. Interested vendors should describe their experience, facilities, aircraft, simulators/training devices, instructor qualifications, curriculum, quality/safety compliance, and rough-order-of-magnitude pricing strategy; the RFI is for planning only and not a solicitation or commitment to award. Industry questions are due by 9 Oct 2026, and the Government intends to provide consolidated responses by 16 Oct 2026.
