Foreign Military Sales – Cybersecurity Professionals Training Capability Assessment
The Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing commercially available cybersecurity professional training courses for international partners under the Foreign Military Sales program. Training may be conducted either at contractor locations within the Continental U.S. or at partner nation facilities overseas. The government seeks detailed information on company capabilities, comprehensive course listings with descriptions and student capacity, and commercially available catalog pricing. This is a Request for Information only for planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation. Questions must be submitted by 1:00 PM CT on February 8, 2026, and capability statements are due by 1:00 PM CT on February 27, 2026.
