Regionally deliver SW/CS professionally and technically experienced personnel to inspire SW/CS candidates through mentorship and a structured development process. Contracted personnel shall provide Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) insight and job knowledge to better inform the candidate on their Air Force career choice. Contractor shall provide coaching on nutrition, strength/conditioning training, and mental resiliency as well as set and monitor targeted fitness goals/expectations for the candidates. The candidate development program is aimed to both regionally enhance first-contact with accessions as well as mentally/physically prepare individual candidates for the enduring demands of the SW/CS initial skills training.
