Five main types of automation tools should be created for this effort: 1) data preparation tools for common datasets, 2) adverse impact tables and charts, 3) PSM composite creation, 4) validity and utility tables and charts for one AFS, and 5) validity and utility tables and charts for multiple AFSs. The automation tools should include interactive options, such as drop down menus for tables and charts. For such tools, the Air Force is limited to certain programs such as Excel, SAS and Tableau. The Air Force has limited access to R (only has base packages). The automation tools should only use Excel, SAS, Tableau, or other programs that can be readily accessed on CAC-enabled government computers. Data manipulation tools should be created in SAS. Charts and tables should be created in SAS and have functionality to export them into Excel files. Tableau dashboards should also be created in addition to the graphics created in SAS to create more interactive versions of the SAS graphics. Any existing SAS macros incorporated into the final deliverables (1.0.1. to 1.0.1.3.) should be checked for correctness. All programs should be well documented to demonstrate how they meet government, scientific, and industry best practices. Additionally, the documentation should be tailored for end-user use and for future updates. Please see attached DRAFT PWS.
