Limited-Sources Justification The purpose of this notification is to fulfil the posting requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(2)(i). This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government to release a competitive solicitation or award. The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC), 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron (SCONS) plans to execute a modification to task order FA3002-19-F-A170 under the General Services Administration (GSA) ran Educational Professional and Support Services (EPASS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) schedule 47QRAA18D006A, awarded to C2 Technologies, Inc. by means of this Limited Sources Justification via the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), in accordance with the FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), “The new work is a logical follow-on to an original order provided that the original order was placed in accordance with the applicable FSS ordering procedures.” The attached redacted Limited Sources Justification is being provided to substantiate the justification in accordance with the required information described in FAR 8.405-6(c)(2)(i)-(xi).
