Funds are not presently available, so no award will be made until funds are available, and the government may cancel the effort without reimbursing offeror costs. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and services for the installation and delivery of entertainment, equipment, and furniture. Performance will be at Joint Base Andrews (JBA). All work must comply with applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, and commercial practices.
