The virtual reality simulator (ADMS) is to be supplied and delivered to Joint Base Andrews, MD. The ADMS must be specially designed for Joint Base Andrews and provide simulations of natural and manmade emergency scenarios to further improve mission readiness through honing the capability to respond to a full spectrum of scenarios that the installation may experience. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, safety equipment, training, and any other items and services necessary to meet this requirement.
