Joint Base Andrews Food Inventory and Management System

Notice ID:FA286027QA001

This market-research notice is not a solicitation or commitment, and the Government will not pay for submitted information. It seeks information on a commercially available cloud-hosted software service for food and beverage inventory management, purchasing, recipe/menu costing, billing support, reporting, mobile barcode scanning, training, transition, and technical support for Government flight operations at Joint Base Andrews and authorized remote users, as further described in an attached draft PWS. The research will help identify capable small and other-than-small businesses, assess commercial practices and contract vehicles, refine the requirement, and develop the acquisition strategy; no final set-aside determination has been made under the anticipated NAICS code 513210. Interested firms should provide a concise capability statement of no more than five pages addressing the draft PWS, company and socioeconomic information, relevant experience and prior contracts, licensing approach, transition/training/support capability, assumptions or dependencies, available Government contract vehicles, and any teaming or subcontracting division of work. The attached industry response template and PWS feedback questionnaire also request capability information, commercial licensing and support practices, transition assumptions, available contract vehicles, nonbinding budgetary pricing, and recommended PWS revisions or clarifications.
