Solicitation for Joint Base Andrews (JBA) Aircrew Transition Training
Joint Base Andrews (JBA) requires a contractor to provide turn-key foundational training for UH-1N aircrew to achieve Basic Aircraft Qualification (BAQ) on the HH-60W platform, covering academic, simulator, and flight training per AFMAN 11-2HH-60W. The contractor must deliver all instruction, courseware management, and program management for a Government-provided syllabus. Performance will occur at Joint Base Andrews. Note that funds are not currently available, and no award will be made until funds are available. The Government may cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursement to offerors.
