316 CES Backflow Prevention Survey
This commercial services solicitation requires a complete inventory of all backflow devices at facilities listed in the JBA Cross Connection Survey Building List at J.B. Andrews facilities. The contractor must verify proper installation and compliance with applicable codes and standards, including DAFMAN 32-1067, UPC section 603, and ASSE standards 1001 through 1103. The work also includes assessing the same facilities' internal systems and equipment to recommend where new or additional devices should be installed to achieve compliance with those codes plus AWWA M14, C510, and C511.
