The requirement is to procure five high-performance Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) to support mission readiness. The 89 APS needs three 2026 Polaris XPEDITION XP 5 NorthStar UTVs with flightline safety features. The 316 CES needs two 2026 Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar Edition Premium UTVs with emergency operational specifications. Detailed requirements are provided in the attached salient characteristics.
