Joint Base Andrews is looking for a contractor to provide round-trip ground transportation between Northwest Stadium and the Air Show grounds, as well as shuttle services within the installation, from 12–14 September 2025. Service must accommodate anticipated large-event attendance, comply with ADA requirements, and include all buses, drivers, fuel, maintenance, and coordination with JBA security.
