SEE ATTACHED PWS FOR MORE DETAILS The 2025 Joint Base Andrews (JBA) Open House is scheduled to occur September 12-14, 2025. This event will feature aerial demonstrations and static displays of significant military aircraft in USAF history. In support of this effort, the government seeks to secure the services of contractor that can provide a sound system that is capable of broadcasting the Air Boss and the Narrator, and any other personnel that will need broadcasting and coordination capability. These include, but are not limited to: social media, television, radio, and performer voice that can be broadcast to the crowd. The capability must execute real-time.

The contractor shall provide the sound system for the JB Andrews 2025 Air Show on 12-14 September 2025. The system must have the ability to connect the Air Boss with all necessary agencies: the performers, Air Traffic Control, and anyone else who would need to contact the Air Boss during the show. The system must have the capability to broadcast the narrator to the crowd in a manner that covers the crowd area. It is desired that the system also be able to connect with other systems to increase the area and mediums for the show. These include, but are not limited to social media, television, radio, and performer voice that can be broadcast to the crowd. The capability must be executed in real-time.
