The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to incorporate answers from the Site Visit and Q&A (Attachment 6) received afterwards and incorporate multiple updates to the RFQ. The Response Deadline of this RFQ has been extended to Tuesday, 1 July 2025 no later than 4:30 PM EDT. The CLIN Structure for the requirement has been updated and is now incorporated in Attachment 5 CLIN Structure. In line with the new CLIN Structure, the previous in Instructions to Offerors #7 has been revised. Evaluation Criteria has been updated to add Options Evaluation and update Price evaluation. Attachment 2: Provisions and Clause has been updated to v3, adding options clauses 52.217-5 and 52.217-7. Finally, AFFARS Clauses 5352.223-9001 and 5352.242-9000 have been added. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Offerors are required to acknowledge Amendment 2 in submission of quotations. The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to change point of contact to Special Agent Richards, add clause 5352.201-9001 Ombudsman, and incorporate updated Attachment 2 Provisions and Clauses removing provision 252.215-7010 Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Data Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data. (DEVIATION 2024-O0007). Solicitation due date and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Offerors are required to acknowledge Amendment 1 in submission of quotations. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, services, and all miscellaneous requirements necessary to inspect, assess, and perform biohazard removal, sanitization and facilities remediation of Building 1602, 3rd Floor. B-Wing, on Joint Base Andrews (JBA). Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable industry and conformance standards, safety regulations, laws, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
