This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine if there are vendors capable of meeting the requirements of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Computerized Flight Planning Software in its entirety. Currently, this service is being procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, procedures. Any responsible source that is capable of performing all tasks required by the PWS may submit a capability statement in response to this notice to the points of contact listed below, which shall be considered by the agency. If there is a responsible source revealed by this notice, the solicitation will be posted on Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov) under solicitation number FA286025Q0017, Computerized Flight Planning. Additional Information: CLIN Unit of issue: Months Duration of the contract period: Base Year plus Four 12-month option years Salient Characteristics: Contractor must be able to provide worldwide flight coverage in order to be considered, as outlined in the PWS.
