The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, knowledge and other resources necessary to design and install, test, maintain, and repair all aspects of automatic fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, the mass notification system, and utility electronic control systems listed in Appendix A & B of the Performance Work Statement to ensure serviceability and proper operation at Joint Base Andrews (JBA), Davidsonville, and Brandywine communication sites. The contractor shall maintain a fully functional, trouble-free fire alarm notification system, including panels and devices, kitchen hood fire suppression system for each location listed in the estimated workload data, and in both appendixes A and B, the UFC 3-600-01, and NFPA 72. The contractor shall maintain all fire alarm monitoring panels, the Monaco D-21 and D-700 monitoring systems, or any upgraded panel in the future daily. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Offerors shall be required to return the attached solicitation, signed and filled in appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Addendum, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation— Commercial Items Addendum, FAR 52.212-3 – Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Services, and any additional fill-in provisions. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 22 May 2025 by 11:00 AM EST. A question and answer sheet will be available by 29 May 2025 at 11:00 AM EST. NOTICE The 500X CLINs must be included in offeror's price quote but will not contribute to the total overall contract value.
