This would include an annual on-site service visit by field service engineer (FSE) to conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and 24/7 telephone support for the 5 Apollo Anesthesia units, five D-Vapor 2000 Vaporizers, and six Vapor 2000 Vaporizers. Anesthesia equipment is critical life support equipment used to sedate and ventilate patients during surgery. Being life supported equipment, the units must be serviced by manufacturer trained technicians with access to necessary parts and service software.
