This is a full and open aquisition. Description: The Department of the Air Force at Joint Base Andrews and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling require a new requirement for a multiple award blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for leases of commercial buses to support the National Capital Region in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Department of the Air Force requires round-trip, ground transportation, utilizing 45-passenger or larger intercity motor coach bus and handicap-only vans, to military and civilian personnel within the immediate National Capital Region (NCR) which includes District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Transportation must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). The scope of the BPA and resulting orders include support of State Funerals, USAF Inaugural Support, Air Show at Joint Base Andrews, and on an as needed basis. Quote is to include price sheet and a brief technical summary in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Additionally, the company must provide evidence of being on the Defense Travel Management Office Department of Defense Bus Program approved carrier list (DoD Bus Program | Defense Travel Management Office) to be considered for award.
