An award shall not be made until funds are certified and made available. Joint Base Andrews Chapel is looking for a Catholic Religious Coordinator. This contractor will be responsible for Catholic Parish administrative functions while working closely with the Catholic Chaplin to ensure budgets, programs, publicity and other required items are developed and implemented.
