Description: The 775th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Flight (775 EAEF), based out of Scott AFB, IL, requires two (2) white trucks with a cutaway for a 15-foot box. These vehicles shall be used in support of the 775 EAEF Aeromedical Evacuation mission at Joint Base Andrews. Both trucks are used to transport in-flight medical kits to and from the flight line. They are also used to transport Critical Care Air Transport Team (CCATT) equipment to and from the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center as needed and to transport Next Generation Portable Therapeutic Liquid Oxygen Systems (NPTLOX) to and from the unit's liquid oxygen yard. Without these vehicles on hand, 775 EAEF would be unable to effectively carry out their critical mission of Aeromedical Evacuation as they would lack reliable vehicles capable of transporting vital equipment on and off the flight line and to/from Walter Reed. Essential Characteristics: • Must be cutaway box trucks with undercarriage ramp compatibility • Must be 2021-2023 models or newer for options • Equipment proprietary to standard box trucks is required for the trucks' engines and interiors Please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Performance Work statement for more detailed information.
