Provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances and perform all operations necessary to demolish Building 3342, located at Joint Base Andrews, MD in accordance with all specifications, drawings and clauses. A site visit will be conducted on Wewdnesday, 22 December 2021 at 1000 hrs. Interested vendors shall complete the attached: Base Access Form Complete Attached DD Form 3150 Comply with attached Policy Letter to attend site visit. Send requested information to SSgt Ryan N. Lynch (ryan.lynch.7@us.af.mil) NLT Friday, 17 December 2021 by 1500. In accordance with FAR 19, this action is 100% set-aside for Historically Underutilized Buisiness Zone (HUBZone) Small Businesses. Any prospective contractor must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible. All proposals must have HUBZone Certification documentation attached with submission. Notice to Offerors: “Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.” (end) **Amendment 00001 (20 Dec 21)** The purpose of this amendment is to update the date referenced in Section G from 24 December 2021 at 12:00 AM to 28 December 2021 at 12:00 PM. This amendment also includes updates referenced to funding to include the following statement in Section 10 of the solicitation: "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. New Timeline: RFIs Due: 28 Dec 21 RFPs Due: 07 Jan 22 (end) **Amendment 00003 (03 Jan 22)** The Purpose of this amendment is to extend the Request for Proposal due date by 7 days, FROM 07 January 2022 at 12:00 PM, TO 14 January 2022 at 12:00 PM. This amendment also includes updates referenced to funding to include the following sttement in Section 10 of the solicitation: "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."
