Notification of Government Intent to Sole Source – Integration of IACP Cameras The 316th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, intends to award a new, one-off, fixed-firm-price contract on a soul source basis to Ldia Holdings, LLC (doing business as Prometheus Security Group Global) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). Ldia Holdings, LLC is the only company that can provide the software necessary to integrated the Installation Access Control Point (IACP) cameras previously purchased into the Video Image Control and Display System (VICADS) already owned by the government. They are the original equipment manufacturer of the existing infastructure, and are currently the only company that can provide the compatible products and services necessary to fulfill this follow-on requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561621 “Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths)” with a size standard of $22.0 million dollars. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice.
