The contractor shall provide the expertise and management necessary to conduct officiating services for a large military youth sports program in support of the 316th Force Support Squadron Youth Center located in building 4700 Yuma Road on Andrews AFB, MD, as set forth in this PWS. The contractor shall provide the expertise and management necessary to conduct officiating services for a large military sports program in support of the 11th Force Support Squadron Fitness Centers located in buildings 1444 and 3705 on Andrews AFB, MD, as set forth in this PWS. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.
